Any Londonderry resident can create a program for airing on CTV-20 or for On Demand providing they sign a Statement of Compliance. No program presented to the Londonderry Access Center for CTV-20 will be censored, pre screened or edited for content. All residents of the Town of Londonderry, whether they are a cable subscriber or not, can utilize the facilities at the Londonderry Access Center. The Public channel of CTV-20 is an excellent way to exercise the right to free speech. Programming can be produced at home or at the facility and will always meet with the support of staff.
